Ticketing Policy
Advance Sales:
Tickets to all upcoming productions may be purchased online or by phone through our trusted ticketing agent www.beattickets.org. A major credit card is required. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once an advance ticket is purchased. Your tickets will be available at Will Call.
Box Office Sales:
The box office opens 1 hour prior to curtain. You may purchase tickets for that evening’s performance or future performances at the box office.
Standby/No-Shows:
If a performance is sold out, patrons may request to be placed on the standby list. If seats are available at curtain time, standby guests will be allowed to purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that all guests in their party are present.
Advance ticket-holders are guaranteed admission until 5 minutes before curtain time, at which time their seats may be released and their tickets voided in the event of a sold-out performance. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for any tickets unclaimed at curtain time.
Late Seating:
Latecomers may or may not be seated at the sole discretion of the House Manager, based upon the production and configuration of the theatre. Also see the above policy in the case of a sold-out performance.
